CRPHI Honored with 2025 Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) Achievement Award!

We are proud to share that the Collaborative Rural Public Health Infrastructure (CRPHI) has been recognized with a 2025 Achievement Award by the Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC)! The award was presented on December 9 during the AMC Annual Conference, celebrating CRPHI's innovative and impactful work in strengthening public health systems across rural Minnesota.

This prestigious award highlights CRPHI's commitment to building a sustainable and collaborative infrastructure that supports foundational public health services across 11 community health boards and 26 counties. Through shared leadership, regional partnerships, and a focus on equity and efficiency, CRPHI is transforming how rural communities access and benefit from public health resources.
