Public Health Agencies Involved with CRPHI

The Collaborative for Rural Public Health Innovation (CRPHI) explores ways Public Health agencies across Southwest and South Central Minnesota can partner together to carry out essential health services for our communities. This type of collaboration helps counties save money by reducing duplication of work that can be done in partnership.
