Share Your Community’s Story! We want to showcase the beauty, resilience, and spirit of our rural communities in our public health campaigns, and we need your help! Submit photos of your community that highlight what makes it unique: local landmarks, events, people or everyday moments that tell your story. Your photos may be featured in CRPHI campaigns, publications, social media and outreach materials to celebrate the work happening across our region.
